We are happy to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the Fernelius Simon team.
Dwain Capodice brings nearly two decades of experience to the firm, focusing his practice on labor and employment litigation, personal injury matters, and commercial litigation. Over the course of his career, Dwain has represented individuals as well as large corporations in a range of matters. Dwain studied Civil Engineering at the University of Texas before attending the University of Houston Law Center and brings a wealth of knowledge in cases related to energy, construction litigation, workplace injuries, and more.
“Dwain is someone who really digs into the details of a case,” said firm founder Stephen Fernelius. “That’s translated into a record of success for the people he represents.”
Nick Fernelius is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. While there, he interned for Federal Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy at the United States Court for the Southern District of Texas. He later interned for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, gaining experience in several litigation-related matters.
“I’ve seen very few young attorneys as tenacious as Nick,” said firm partner Joel Simon. “He knows exactly what his clients need, and he goes to work for them.”
Please welcome us in joining these two talented attorneys to the firm.
