Nick Fernelius focuses his practice on a variety of personal injury and defense-related matters. Before joining the team at Fernelius Mace, he interned for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he called complaining witnesses, took plea bargains on behalf of the State, and helped prepare supervising prosecutors for witness meetings. His approach is methodological, leaving no stone unturned as he advocates for those he represents. Nick’s clients have come to appreciate both his diligence and his commitment.
Nick attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served for two years as an editor for the Alabama Law & Psychology Review. Before graduating, he interned for Federal Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy of the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas. In his spare time, Nick enjoys cheering on Houston sports teams and reading about current events.
